Agreements and Accomplishments
The Hul'qumi'num Treaty Group has made significant accomplishments & achievements through its negotiations with Canada and BC. Below are links to some of these milestones in the treaty process.

BC-HTG Heritage Site Conservation MoU
An agreement between the Province and the Hul'qumi'num Treaty Group (HTG) to involve the HTG and the member First Nations more completely in the archaeological permitting process.

Joint Chief Negotiators Protocol
Signed on October 28, 2006 by representatives of 43 First Nations in the BC Treaty Process.

Gulf Islands National Park Reserve Agreement 2006
Interim consultation agreement on the planning and management of the Gulf Islands National Park Reserve, May 20, 2006.

Gulf Islands National Park Reserve Agreement 2004
Interim agreement on an advisory role concerning the planning and management of the Gulf Islands National Park Reserve, Jan 11, 2004.

Procedures Agreement
The agreement focus' is on how main tables are to be conducted, scheduling of main table meetings, location, preparing, and chairing.
